You may place your order 24 hours a day using our secure on-line shopping cart. If you prefer to order by phone, you may call us at 888-209-7599 between 9am and 5pm Eastern time. You may also e-mail us at sales@solargardenstore.com. Please do not include credit card information in your e-mail. One of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone to complete your order. Finally, you may print the order form and fax it to us at 317-484-1056.
In most instances, orders received before 4 PM EDT are processed the same day the order is received and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday directly from the warehouse via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered within 1-5 business days of processing, depending on your location. All "STI" products are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse - please allow and extra 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Our shipping warehouses are located in CA, GA, WI, IL and IN. At this time, we are only able to ship within the US.
PLEASE NOTE: All Solar-Scapes Solar Lights are shipped directly from the
manufacturer. As solar technology changes very rapidly, Solar-Scapes limits their stock in anticipation of new solar components. All Solar-Scapes solar lights are "manufactured" to order. Please allow a 2-4 week lead time for their production schedule. Also, please allow 4-6 weeks on the column mount lights. Please know it is worth the wait on these quality solar lights!
Special order finishes are also available. Solar-Scapes solar lights are available in Black at no additional cost. Please allow an additional week for delivery. Other special order finishes are also available. Please e-mail us for additional information.

Shipping surcharges: Because bulky and/or heavy weight items cost more
to ship than other items, a shipping surcharge may apply.
Items are subject to availability from the manufacturer. Should any item
be out of stock or not available at the time of your order, we will notify you
by e-mail to arrange for a refund or replacement. Any items listed on back order will be promptly shipped as soon as they become available. No additional shipping charges will apply if we find it necessary to ship your order separately. We reserve the right to ship any items separately.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in new and unused
condition, and you contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund 100%
of your purchase price less shipping charges. Shipping and handling on
return merchandise can not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must
have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted - please e-mail
us for this information. Once the RA# is issued, all items must be received within 14 days.
Terms:

*Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.
*All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be
accepted.

*All Solar-Scapes product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping from the manufacturer. The Solar Garden Store is not responsible for these fees.
*All STI Group/Smart Solar products: Once received, provided items were not damaged during shipment, it is the manufacturer's policy that all claims fall under their Limited 2 Year Warranty. Please call us at 888-209-7599 or e-mail us with any issue you may have with these products and we will be happy to provide STI's contact information.
At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog. As we continually add new products to our website, we would not be able to keep up. We also do not print one to keep our costs low and to save a few trees as well!
